Looming rain clouds and gusty winds cannot stop the feelings of the heart, nor can it stop an event 8 years in the making. Jackie and Dave exchanged vows in Williamson Chapel at Cannonsburg Village followed by a reception on the grounds. Amazingly, not a single guest got wet.
