The thing I will always remember most about Kathy & David’s wedding is that they were cherished by their closest friends and family. It was evident in the speeches and toasts…every. single. one. The stories could go on and on. While mostly funny and sometimes touching, the underlying theme was they were surrounded by a group of loyal companions who couldn’t be more excited for them to spend the rest of their lives together. Kathy and David met while attending Vanderbilt University and have a deep love for all things Nashville. Both are
fans, nay, fanatics of the Nashville Predators and attend every home game. They wanted their guests to experience Nashville as well, and thus they chose the historical location of The Hermitage, home of President Andrew Jackson. It was a dreary fall afternoon, but the atmosphere was anything but. As the bridal party arrived at the chapel on a horse-drawn carriage I immediately felt transported to a simpler time. A time where life is slower and stories were how people relived the day. This is their story.
